The New Wealthy Affiliate Platform – What I’m Expecting

***First Published October 2026***

By VibeIncome, an online business expert with 9+ years of experience.

If you’ve been following my Wealthy Affiliate review for any length of time, you probably know that I’ve been using the platform for quite a while.

And when I say the new Wealthy Affiliate platform is a big change, I don’t mean they’ve simply changed the colours, moved a few buttons around, and given everything a new name.

This is a pretty substantial rebuild.

In fact, the more I’ve seen of what Wealthy Affiliate has been working on, the more I’m starting to think of the new platform as less of a traditional affiliate marketing training platform and more of an all-in-one workspace for building and managing online businesses.

And that’s a pretty big shift.

It does scare me a little though, I have loved the older style simplistic version so a big change is always a bit nerve wracking. I have dozens of sites hosted there and a lot of content created on the platform. They have always been good about fixing bugs and creating good backups in the past but given how much I have to lose I will definitely rest a little easier once the new platform is in full swing and functioning as intended. In the meantime, I’m excited about what’t to come and trying not to stress about what could go wrong in the transition.

There has never been a better time to join – they really are ahead of the curve now and If you’re just starting out you have nothing to lose from the old platform transitioning over so there really are only positives for new members coming in!

So What’s Actually Changing?

One of the things I’m particularly interested in is the new way Wealthy Affiliate is organizing our businesses.

Instead of everything feeling like one big account where you have a website, training, content tools, community discussions, and various other features sitting alongside each other, the new platform is built around individual businesses or projects, referred to as “Hubs.” They did already have a hubs platform – but from the sounds of it the new one will be a total remake and much more tailored with some pretty substantial differences!

That could be especially useful for someone like me because I don’t just have one website.

I currently have dozens of sites, and they’re obviously on a wide variety of topics that I am very interested in.

Some are more professionally focused, while others are more personal. They have different content, different audiences, and potentially different marketing strategies.

So I’m very interested in seeing how well the new system handles multiple businesses without making everything more complicated.

Ace – Your New AI Business Assistant

Probably the biggest headline feature is Ace.

Ace is Wealthy Affiliate’s new AI-powered assistant, but it’s supposed to be considerably more than simply having ChatGPT-style AI built into the platform.

The interesting part is that Ace is designed to understand the business you’re working on.

It can know which website you’re working with, what your goals are, what you’ve already been doing, your content and even your writing style.

One of the main concerns I initially raised (the founders are great at staying in contact with members) was that I tend to do a lot of my editing in WordPress so what I have within the platform isn’t necessarily fully morphed into my voice and corrected for any errors yet. I was pleased to learn that they are making some improvements before release and Ace will base your voice off what you actually deemed good enough to publish, not just the first draft.

That opens up some interesting possibilities.

For example, instead of asking a generic AI tool:

“What should I write about in the travel niche?”

you could potentially ask Ace:

“What should I work on next for this website?”

And because Ace has information about that particular business, it can take your existing work and plans into consideration.

In one of Wealthy Affiliate’s demonstrations, Ace was able to look at a business hub, identify unfinished game plans, and suggest what should be worked on next. It can also initiate tasks rather than simply giving you an answer and leaving you to figure out what to do with it.

That’s the part I’m most curious about.

AI generating an article isn’t particularly revolutionary anymore.

AI that actually understands where you are with a particular website and helps you decide what to do next could be considerably more useful.

Game Plans Could Be Really Interesting

Another feature I’m keeping an eye on is the new game plan system.

The idea is to break your business activities down into actual things you want to accomplish.

For example, you might have an SEO game plan, a YouTube game plan, an Instagram game plan, or a content plan for a particular website.

This is important because one of the biggest problems with building an online business isn’t necessarily knowing what could be done.

It’s knowing what you should actually do next.

There’s an enormous amount of information online about SEO, Pinterest, YouTube, email marketing, social media, affiliate marketing, content creation, and so on.

You can very quickly end up with 47 browser tabs open and absolutely no idea which one deserves your attention first!

The new Wealthy Affiliate setup appears to be trying to solve some of that by connecting your learning, your plans, your content, and your actual business projects. I do really look forward to this as I already use social media with many of my sites and could definitely find some more efficient ways to integrate it!

That’s something I’ll be watching closely once the platform is live.

The New Learn Environment

The training side of Wealthy Affiliate is getting a pretty major rethink too.

And honestly, I think this is overdue.

Traditional online training has a problem: it gets old.

You can create a fantastic video showing somebody how to use a particular website, software program, or social media platform, but then the interface changes six months later and suddenly your training is outdated.

Wealthy Affiliate has acknowledged this problem and is moving toward a more flexible Learn environment.

Instead of simply following one predetermined course from beginning to end, you can learn about specific topics in the context of the business you’re actually working on.

For example, if you’re working on a particular website and want to learn Pinterest marketing, the training can be relevant to that website and niche rather than just being generic Pinterest training. Wealthy Affiliate

Even more interesting, Ace can apparently turn answers into actual tutorials and connect those tutorials with tasks you’re working on.

So instead of:

Question → Get answer → Forget answer

the idea becomes more like:

Question → Learn → Follow the steps → Complete the task → Continue building.

I like that concept.

I will be disappointed to see all of the old training go, as I truly did and still do find a lot of it very valuable, but they are correct that keeping everything up to date with the way the internet is changing lately is impossible – and they don’t want to misguide anyone with old trainings. I really hope that the new platform has a good way to keep learning even when AI credits run low, as that is my main concern seeing things will be individualized and require credits to create trainings. That said, I have found my monthly credits that are already included in the membership go a long way, and Kyle has noted that they intend to make them go even farther with this new platform.

Studio – Your Content Creation Area

Then there’s Studio, which was previously referred to as Library.

Studio is intended to be the place where you create and organize the various assets you’re producing for your online businesses.

That can include articles, images, logos, social media posts, email newsletters, and other content.

What’s particularly interesting is that you aren’t necessarily restricted to creating something from within a particular website.

You can create things inside Studio and then associate them with the appropriate business or project.

For somebody running multiple websites, I can see the potential benefit here.

Instead of having content scattered across different AI tools, image tools, documents, folders, and browser tabs, the goal is to have a central place where these assets can be created and managed.

Whether it actually works that smoothly in everyday use is something I’ll be testing myself.

Social Media Is Being Brought Into the Picture

The new system isn’t just focused on websites and articles either.

Wealthy Affiliate has demonstrated game plans for channels such as Instagram and YouTube, with the ability to add other channels.

Ace can help generate social media ideas and content based on the particular business you’re working on.

One example Wealthy Affiliate has shown involved creating Instagram posts based around a specific travel business, including captions and accompanying images.

There is an important distinction here, though.

At launch, social media posting is still expected to be manual. Wealthy Affiliate says connectors for automatic posting are planned for the future but won’t be available on day one because they require an approval process. Wealthy Affiliate. I tend to be particularly cautious when connecting platforms together with all of the hacking that goes around these days so I will likely wait several months after this feature is added before I integrate it into my own sites anyways.

I actually think it’s good to make that distinction because it’s easy to read “social media integration” and assume you can press one button and have everything automatically posted everywhere.

That’s not what is being promised at launch.

What About My Many Websites?

This is probably one of the things I’m personally most interested in.

I’ve got dozens of sites, and I’m curious to see how much easier the new platform makes it to keep them separate. Honestly, the only area I’ve found a little annoying to tease out with the old platform is that the overall content and generate images mix. It works out fine as is, but it is a little annoying to keep things organized on my end so I look forward to the platform hopefully being able to do that for me in the future.

I don’t want the AI confusing one site’s audience, content strategy, or writing style with the other.

The fact that Ace is designed to understand individual businesses and their associated information is therefore particularly interesting to me.

If I can jump into one Hub and have everything associated with that business in context—and then switch over to my other site without having to explain everything all over again—that could save a considerable amount of time.

And that’s really what I’ll be looking for.

Not whether the new platform has the most impressive list of features.

Does it actually make running my websites easier?

That’s the test. Only time will tell and I’ll keep you posted as I test out the platform when it launches next week (early October). You can sign up for free and see what you think for yourself as well! Honestly, it’ll probably be an easier entry for you than it will be transition for me since you’re coming into the new platform rather than coming from the old one1

Don’t Expect Everything to Be Perfect Immediately

There’s one thing I think is important to mention if you’re reading this before the new platform launches.

Wealthy Affiliate has been unusually upfront about the fact that the initial launch isn’t going to be perfect.

They’ve actually told members to expect bugs, strange behaviour, missing features, and things that simply don’t work quite the way you’d expect during the first few weeks.

That’s because the company is essentially changing how the platform is developed.

Rather than taking months or years to implement changes, Wealthy Affiliate says the new development process should allow member feedback and requested features to be implemented much more quickly. Wealthy Affiliate+1

So I’m not going into this expecting a completely polished, finished product on day one.

And honestly, I think that’s a reasonable expectation for something this big. I’m banking on the support and constant striving for improvement that they have shown over the past nearly 10 years that I’ve been there being enough to keep things flowing smoothly and help this new platform to excel.

My Expectations for the New Platform

I’m excited to see what this turns into, but I’m also going to reserve judgment until I’ve actually had a chance to use it.

There are some things that sound genuinely useful on paper.

Having AI that understands my individual websites.

Being able to manage multiple businesses.

Having learning resources that are connected to what I’m actually working on.

Being able to create and organize content in one place.

Having game plans that tell me what needs to be done.

And having all of that connected rather than using a dozen different tools to accomplish the same thing.

Those are the things I’m interested in.

At the same time, more features don’t automatically mean a better platform.

The new Wealthy Affiliate could have all the AI and automation in the world, but if I end up spending more time figuring out where everything is than actually working on my websites, that’s not much of an improvement.

So that’s going to be my real-world test.

Does this make building an online business simpler?

Does it help me stay focused?

Does Ace actually understand my businesses well enough to save me time?

And most importantly…

Does it help me get more done?

Those are the questions I’ll be asking once the new platform is in my hands.

One Thing I Do Like About This Launch

There’s actually something refreshing about Wealthy Affiliate being so open about the fact that the launch isn’t going to be perfect.

They’re basically telling members:

“Get in there. Use it. Break it. Tell us what’s wrong. Tell us what you want.”

And that’s apparently intentional.

Kyle has said that the first few weeks are essentially going to belong to the members, with feedback being used to improve and expand the platform.

So I’m not going to judge the new Wealthy Affiliate entirely on what happens during the first 24 hours. I am sure as hell going to try and tease out all the bugs early so we can get them fixed quickly though!

I’m much more interested in what it looks like after the first few months.

If the development really is as fast as they’re suggesting, we could see the platform changing quite a bit after launch.

And because I already have many websites inside Wealthy Affiliate, I’ll have a pretty good opportunity to put the new system through its paces.

I’ll be particularly interested in seeing whether it actually helps me manage both sites more efficiently, whether Ace becomes a genuinely useful part of my workflow, and whether the new Learn and Studio environments make the day-to-day process of creating and growing a website easier.

For now, I’m cautiously optimistic.

There’s a lot here that looks promising, but ultimately, the proof is going to be in using it.

And once I’ve had some real time with the new platform, I’ll update this review with what I actually think—not just what Wealthy Affiliate says it’s going to do.
